Our Manufacturing Process

Our products are very labor intensive. We make our products fresh-to-order on a first-come first-serve basis. Please allow roughly 3 business days to produce your order. In some cases, such as December holidays, we will require more time due to high order volume.

Our Toffee is Perishable

Our toffee has a shelf life of two months unrefrigerated. While our toffee is delicious at room temperature, we recommend keeping it refrigerated or in your freezer upon receiving to allow for greater freshness. Toffee can be cooled after delivery to harden the candy back up and bring back some of its delicious crunch back.

Humidity and Temperature

Our toffee is sensitive to humidity and temperature. The chocolate will begin to separate from the butter in intense heat so we suggest refrigerating upon receiving. If purchasing during summer months (from Memorial Day through September), we Require shipping 2-day to avoid extensive transportation in heat. This emphatically reiterated year-round for locations such as Texas, Arizona, California etc.


If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving; beyond that we are not responsible for replacing/refunding the product.
